EU REGULATION 679/2016 on the protection of indivisual data with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free movement of such data.

 

This page describes how and what personal data may be collected and stored by Makina srl regarding the makinaitalia.com site and in particular the information voluntarily provided by the user by e-mail, telephone or social media sharing. Purpose of the processing
Personal data, provided directly by the data subject and/or collected through e-mail, social media or telephone are managed by Makina srl and are processed for purposes related to the provision of the requested service or contract.

Processing methods and access to data
The above data are processed in electronic form and through management information systems. The data are accessible only by the appointed and adequately trained personnel of Makina srl or by the technical staff in charge of site maintenance. No data is disseminated.

Scope of communication and possible dissemination
The data relating to the contract and the service activity may be communicated to technical or commercial consultants for administrative, accounting and or technical management purposes.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, you consent to receive, from time to time, our newsletter with information regarding the services or offers of Makina srl. The user may, at any time, request cancellation from the mailing list by writing directly to:
privacy@makinaitalia.com or simply unlink on “Unsubscribe” on the foot of every newsletter. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes without the user’s consent.

Sharing data with third parties:

Google Analytics: This site uses Google Analytics G4 to anonymously and aggregately analyze users’ visits to the site in order to improve navigation and identify any errors. Google Analytics is a product of Google LLP based in the USA. The account is set up not to include personal and personal data or collect the full IP of users. How we store your data
The personal data provided by the user are processed both automatically (computerized) and non-automatically (by persons) and stored in the company databases.
